Limited Warranty Information

The Coleman Company, Inc. (“Coleman”) warrants to the original end user purchaser that its Coleman products in the Warranted Products Chart below purchased in the United States of America (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty durations in the chart below from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when put to normal use and cared for according to Coleman’s instructions.  Please note that some of Coleman’s products do not come with a warranty; those products are detailed in the “Non-Warranted Products Chart.”

Please additionally note that products sold under license by Coleman are not covered by this warranty.  Those products include, but are not limited to, apparel; all-terrain vehicles (ATV); utility task vehicles (UTV); go-karts; home textiles; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products; optics; pet gear; pools; inflatable spas; propane cylinders; recreational vehicles; repellants; and solar panels. Warrantor information is accessible via the Warranty Claim Form under “Product Category” on Coleman.com and/or in the product manual accompanying the product.

Because Coleman cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Coleman or a Coleman authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Coleman reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product, including scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, discoloration, color changes, fading, minor paint chips, or other nonfunctional changes in appearance; damage from misuse or abuse (such as improper cleaning, neglect, or accident); defects resulting from alteration(s); fire; theft; or defects resulting from the use of the Product in a commercial manner.  Products purchased from coleman.com may be returned if unused and otherwise subject to the terms of Coleman’s return policy, or please contact your retailer for information regarding their return policy.

Warranty Claim Process:

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged Product defect should initiate a Warranty Claim via the warranty claim form on coleman.com or contact us at 1-800-835-3278 Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM E.T. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase and delivery demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and when your product was received.  You will also be asked to provide/upload photographs of your Product.

Remedies Under This Warranty:

Coleman will replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty.  If the item that is the subject of the warranty claim is discontinued and thus no longer available, Coleman will replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured.

Disclaimers:

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Under no circumstances shall COLEMAN be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
